This website is owned and operated by Onneshon. These Terms and Conditions establish a legally binding agreement between you and Onneshon. By accessing the website, subscribing to services, or using any features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility and Account Usage
Age Requirement: Use of this site is restricted to individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts. Minors (under 18) may only use the site with the express permission of a legal guardian.
Account Security: You are prohibited from selling or transferring your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and password. Onneshon is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
Geographic Scope: Our services are intended for use within Bangladesh. Those accessing the site from elsewhere are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
2. Content and Communication
Accuracy: While Onneshon strives for accuracy, we provide content "as is" and disclaim all warranties regarding the precision of information on the site.
Electronic Consent: By using the site, you consent to receive communications from Onneshon electronically via email or SMS. These communications satisfy all legal requirements for written notices.
3. User Obligations

4. Payments and Financial Transactions
Accuracy of Details: You must provide valid Mobile Financial Service (MFS) or Card details. Onneshon does not store your sensitive banking or card information.
Failed Transactions: If a transaction is interrupted or unauthorized by your bank, it will be treated as failed. Any deducted funds will be credited back by the respective provider.
Fraud: Onneshon monitors for fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to delete accounts and initiate legal proceedings against any user engaging in unlawful financial acts.
5. Cancellations and Migrations
Non-Refundable Policy: Once admitted to a program, fees are generally non-refundable. However, users may migrate funds from one program to another based on availability.
Technical Errors: If a user overpays due to a technical glitch, a refund claim must be filed within 3 days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property and Submissions
Ownership: All reviews, comments, and feedback submitted to the site become the exclusive property of Onneshon. We reserve the right to use, modify, and distribute these comments for any purpose without compensation to the user.
Site Protection: You may not use Onneshon’s trademarks, logos, or page designs without express written consent.
7. Abuse and Misuse
Onneshon maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. Users must not transmit harmful, vulgar, or threatening content during live classes or on any platform feature. Any copyrighted material shared must have an open-source license or prior written consent. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by Onneshon in Dhaka, conducted in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2001. The courts of Dhaka hold exclusive jurisdiction.
